Refund Policy

At Vertex Career Times, we strive to provide transparent and student-friendly services.

Refund Eligibility

Students may cancel their counselling plan and receive a 100% refund if the cancellation request is made before their Student Portal login credentials are generated and shared.

Once the cancellation is approved under the above condition, the full amount paid will be refunded through the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Non-Refundable Cases

After the following occurs, the counselling service is considered to have commenced and no refund will be provided:

Student Portal Login ID and Password have been generated and shared via Email, WhatsApp, or SMS.
The student has accessed or used the counselling dashboard, tools, reports, or any premium resources.
Personalized counselling services, option form generation, psychometric analysis, or any customized guidance has been initiated.

To request a cancellation before login credentials are issued, please contact our support team providing the following details:

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Any payment gateway or banking charges (if applicable) may be deducted as per payment provider policies.

Important Note

Issuance of Student Portal Login Credentials marks the official commencement of the counselling service. Once the login credentials are generated and delivered, the purchase becomes non-refundable, irrespective of whether the student has logged in or used the portal.
